I’ll be spending this week mostly offline with my family. But I want to take a minute to say…thank you.
Thank you for being a part of this community. Thank you for your encouraging emails.
Thank you to being the kind of mom who wants to learn and grow.
Thank you for all the sacrifices you’ve made, are making and will make.
Thank you for doing laundry, washing dishes and wiping down the counters.
Thank you for packing lunches and brushing hair.
I know you have amazing talents, skills and ideas. I know you could make more money, get more recognition, make a wider impact…if you didn’t invest so much time and energy into your children.
Thank you for following in the footsteps of Jesus, the servant leader…
“In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.”
– Phil 2:5-7
Thank you for changing diapers and making beds.
Thank you for getting up at 3am when you hear your children cry.
Thank you for holding them close and magically making everything alright.
Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus to the boys and girls who will soon enough be the men and women who change the world.
What you do matters more than you’ll ever know. Your work impacts us all.

Undivided Mom Coupon
I featured Kayse Pratt on the blog and the podcast a few weeks ago, and because I had changed the posting dates on those, the wonderful coupon she created for us….expired. My bad! But I’ve gotten in touch with her (she just had her new little boy the week the posts went up!) and she has created a new coupon for you. It’s even more than the last one. She’s giving you 30% off – not just for Undivided Mom, but also for any item in her shop! The coupon code is UMSPECIAL20 and you get use it at her shop by clicking here.
Huge Meal Planning Sale!
Every Black Friday, the folks at my very favorite meal planning site – PlanToEat.com – have a massive 50% off sale. I seriously love this site because it makes the meal planning / grocery shopping / cooking process SO, SO, SO much easier.
It does take a little bit of upfront work to input your own recipes (although, input is as easy as 1 click if the recipe is online) but once you get your recipes in…(sigh)….it’s wonderful. You can create menus and then you can plan a whole week or even month with a simple click of a button.
Now if they could just solve my laundry problems. Click here to check out Plan To Eat and make sure to head there on Friday (I’ll post a reminder) if you want to get their 50% off deal.
And to help you get a jump start, I’ll be hosting another Meal Planning Bootcamp in a few weeks for those of you who sign up. Stay tuned.
May your Thanksgiving be filled with family, good memories and thankful hearts.Leave a Comment
