First, let me say “Maximize your Mornings” has CHANGED MY LIFE! And my family’s life. THANK YOU for the inspiration.
Today I took this action: We missed church this week b/c of the weather. So, in place of my normal worship/reading/praying time, I listened to a past sermon on my iPod. (http://vineyardcolumbus.org/watch-and-listen/)
It was a great way to start the day.

I woke up early (today by mistake when someone else’s alarm went off and I couldn’t go back to sleep) and read my devotions and showered and got all kinds of things done which is good because the week ahead is full! Thanks for encouragement Kat.
I have been off track since getting back from Thanksgiving travel, so today I took action by getting up early for worship time.

I took action this week 🙂
I started working out and watching what I eat! And I’ve started blogging about it! I also started being more disciplined with our Homeschool day. Finally! Because God is faithful and He encourages me….sometimes through you Kat! Thank you!
I got up early, read my Bible, did my “emergency” exercise, planned the day, and got the day’s laundry mostly done! Thought about you all who were doing morning planning, too. 🙂
I started reading the Daily Bread everyday 🙂 I love that little book of daily verses and explanations
Honestly I’ve been trying to stop myself to just sit down and enjoy my family. I have a habit of constantly doing something…cleaning, tidying, laundry, making something. I’ve been trying really hard to just sit on the couch with the kids, play with them on the floor, give my husband a big hug. It makes a world of difference. My kids aren’t going to be little forever and they won’t remember the clean house, but they’ll sure remember the fun times…the hugs, the cuddles, the back rubs! These are the important parts of life!

I took action this week!
I got up early and had a worship service of one with God. Then I made waffles and sausage, fruit and juice for my children for breakfast. My heart was so full of Him that the usual morning grumbles that irritate me in about 2 seconds were easily and patiently dealt with. Trust me, that is almost miraculous!

I blogged for my 6 week “Being Intentional” challenge, we are on week 4 focusing on the area of relationships. Challenged by this website to be more intentional!

I exercised three times this week! I’m trying to get back into the habit after too many months of not being consistent! I feel so much better when I have an exercise routine!

I’ve been diligent about making certain to read my Bible every day – even if it means skipping out on something else. I printed off your e-book on creating a mission statement, so I’m getting to work on that as well.
