I really depends on your personality. My husband does things cold turkey really well. Me? Not so much, unless I&#039;m desperate.

Either way, I&#039;d definitely recommend that if you start at 5:30 right away, that you make sure to go to bed early, accordingly. It&#039;s easy to forget we still need the same about of sleep.
