How to Listen to This Podcast

If you’re new to podcasts, think of them like little radio shows that you can listen to at your convenience. They are perfect to listen to and learn from as you workout, fold laundry, wash dishes or conquer the world.

1. Listen right here on the blog. Click through to the site and click the little play button at the beginning of this post.
2. Listen on your smartphone, iPad or iPod Touch – There are a lot of great podcasting apps. Apple has a free one in the app store, but I like one called Downcast. It allows me to search for shows, subscribe to them and even speed up the audio.

You can also listen via a free app (IOS and Android) called Stitcher.

3. Subscribe to the Podcast – just click here to access the podcast in iTunes. You can also search for it on your smartphone app (like the ones listed above) and subscribe.

  • Kat, I loved the idea about kids earning electronic time. I’ve been praying about how to do that in a way that I can manage consistently. What was the name of the app that you use?

This was an amazing interview! I love listening to Tony Evans so it was wonderful to get a bit of an inside peek into their home. I really appreciate the content you provide, Kat.

    Keep it up, girl!

it was encouraging to hear how just spending time enjoying your kids and being how you were created to shine WITH your kids even in simple traditions can mean a lot. i think that is such a good reminder to me, because its the being there for them day in and day out that is going to make the impact over time. im in the early years with my kids and ‘new’ at this mom thing, so all that i put into this day in and day out caring for little ones, i wonder how well im doing or how much im really making a difference. this reminded me that what im doing matters and i dont have to be perfect pinterest mom for my children to grow up well. i always enjoy these. thanks kat (and chrystal!)

  • Kat, this is one of my favorite podcasts to date! Both you and Chrystal had great practical advice for how to be present in the lives of our kids without feeling like we have to meet up to the elusive supermom status. I enjoy doing “the big things” but its often in the day-to-day that we make the biggest impact. I was inspired and encouraged by this episode in particular, thanks!
