The Cliff’s Notes Version of InspiredToAction.com

We’ve had a lot of new visitors to Inspired To Action the past few weeks, and today is the beginning of an event called BlogHop ’10, which will bring even more visitors. So I thought now would be a good time to reintroduce myself and what this blog is all about.

Welcome

My name is Kat. I’m a 34 (35 on Saturday!) year old mother of 3 and wife of 1. We live in Texas and can hardly imagine life without Tex Mex or sweet tea. I love Jesus, running, music and the wonderful, inspiring women who are a part of this blog. Seriously, they are AWESOME.

Speaking of the blog, Inspired To Action is all about inspiring and encouraging moms with practical tips, stories, music and just about anything else that is capable of inspiration.

And in the spirit of full disclosure, here is my list of things that I don’t want you to know about me.

Free Stuff for You

I wouldn’t want you to visit without a little gift, so here are some of our free resources:

Tutorial Series

We also have covered a number of series such as:
Maximize Your Mornings
This series, based on the ebook, is all about creating an effective morning routine.

Purposeful Motherhood
This series discusses why moms need mission statements and how to get one of your very own.

  5. Hi Kat! Stopping by from the Hop! But I was here earlier and got my ebook. I had a chance to skim through it. I can’t wait to take time and really get into it. I love your ebook on Maximize your mornings. Since I read that in early Spring it has really made a difference in how I get my day started. Thank you! Have a great weekend!

  6. Hi, Kat. I found your blog and resources through reading on Simple Mom. I am getting started on my mission statement! I also really like the prayer calendars you have made for praying for husbands and children. Thank you so much! Have you thought about a calendar for praying for ourselves-our own personal walk with God as women/daughters/sisters/wives/mothers? Sometimes I have a hard time remembering my relationship with God is worth time in prayer, too!

  7. Hi from another blogger via Blog Hop! I really appreciate all the tips and tools you have on your blog and look forward to delving into it more. Oh, and an early Happy Birthday to you!

  8. Happy Birthday! What a great way to celebrate – participating in the blog hop party! :)

Thanks for all you do to support and encourage moms like me – I really appreciate all the free printables and e-books. You are truly an inspiration, and I love that your inspiration is biblically based!

  16. I just dropped by from the Hop. Your blog is great! And that list of 25 things you don’t want us to know…um, yeah, earily similar to a list I could make – at least half would be on my list.

I just followed you on twitter, so I’ll be back again.

  17. HI Kat! Good luck with the blog hop. I’ve been following you since you have been writing for passionate homemaking. I am married and have a 3 1/2 year old and a 16 month old foster daughter. We live in Vancouver, Wa.

  19. Happy birthday!! :)
I love your blog – great, practical tips for everyday moms, in an easy, friendly and honest atmosphere.

    Cheers,
    Joe

  20. Just Hoppin By, Sorry I’m a little late,
I’m #255 (aka the last blog on the HOP list),
    Nice to meet you!

  21. The steering wheel is constructed out of leather
plus ambient blue lighting help to make you
feel safe at night. If you buy a 2010 Honda Civic with 60,000
miles, and drive it for a year to 70,000 miles, you’ll probably be
able to get 95% or even closer to what you paid
for it. Her wife married a richer man and she took their children.
